• Abstract/Paper submission due: June 15, 2016
• Notification of acceptance/rejection:
  • For an abstract submission: Two weeks after submission
  • For a full paper submission: Four weeks after submission
• Early registration begin: March 1, 2016
• Early registration deadline for ALL (authors and non-authors): May 15, 2016
• Regular registration fee deadline for ALL (authors and non-authors): June 16, 2016
• Late registration fee deadline for ALL (authors and non-authors): July 1, 2016
• Registration deadline for papers to be included in the program and proceedings: June 15, 2016
• Upload final version of manuscript due: June 15, 2016
• Tentative conference program announcement: June 20, 2016
